  Once you start reading carefully here it is hard to go back to lower quality alternatives, and a stop at claritydrivenprogress reinforced that ratchet effect, the way good content raises standards is real over time and this site has clearly contributed to raising my expectations for what is possible in writing on the topic generally.

  Speaking carefully because I do not want to overstate things this site is genuinely above average across multiple measurements, and a stop at elmwoodgumbo continued the above average performance, the calibration of judgement against potential overstatement is something I take seriously and this site clears the higher bar even after that calibration applies.
